A week in Spain on the piss is patently perfect prep for a long bike ride. So I´m raring to go. To bed.
–One of my friends is cycling home from Benidorm, Spain to the Midlands of England (presumably there is a boat involved somewhere along the line ;) ) over two weeks for charity - the rest of them were decidely more sensible and flew back after their week of partying. His comment the day before he set off cracked me up.

About me
i have a 'real' blog where i tell people stuff about what i have been doing. i think only my mum reads it, but that's fine, because i mostly write it for her.this is just my stream of consciousness. my 'shoebox' of things i like/that are meaningful to me.
there are also lists here. i like to make lists. sometimes they're lists of good things for when i need to remember that life is great. sometimes they're just lists of things i think are important, but not necessarily good. some things are just worth taking note of.
if anything hasn't be credited correctly - let me know and i'll ensure it is/remove it.
